Following COVID-19, we can reassure you that our holiday parks are following health guidelines and have been given the 'We're Good To Go' standard, as awarded by Visit Britain. You can be confident that we're put cleaning procedures and schedules in, with the health of our guests and team members as top priority. Please bear in mind that, due to the current Government instructions regarding facilities, a number of our facilities have not yet relaunched. Your holiday accommodation will be ready and waiting…
Our holiday accommodations are all self-contained with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing self-catering holiday.
Our holiday homes are modern and comfortable, and we pride ourselves on the fact that our accommodation is also cleaned to the highest standards. Our teams have completed comprehensive COVID-19 training, and use approved products, to provide you with a safe and enjoyable holiday.
The week before you’re due to arrive, we will send you an email confirming all details of your holiday, including the date and times of your check-in and check-out on park. Prior to arriving on park we would ask that you go through our checklist below.
✓ Read through your arrival email and view your park map prior to arrival on park, familiarising yourself with our check-in procedure
✓ Please strictly adhere to your check-in and check-out times. We will be unable to check-in early arrivals
✓ Ensure that you have ample provisions for your self-catering holiday
It is imperative that if any member of your holiday party feels unwell prior to your stay, you must not travel to our holiday park.
Welcoming you on park…
We will ask that you please observe the Governments social distancing rules and ensure that the social distancing guidelines are followed at all times. Around the park we will ensure that hand sanitiser will be made available for you at the entry and exit points on park.
When you arrive on park, we will ask that you park up in a designated bay, and head directly to your park reception building at designated check in time.

Please check your accommodation type to find your allocated arrival time slot. All guests will be required to arrive strictly during their allocated check-in and check-out times.

When you arrive at reception our team will hand you a key for your accommodation and a card for the security barrier where appropriate, all keys and cards will be been fully sanitised prior to your collection. We will also provide you with a welcome pack containing:

A map of our park
A selection of complimentary toiletries including hand soap

What to expect during your holiday...

In your holiday home…
We already operate to the highest cleaning standards and we are delighted to say that all of our holiday parks have been awarded a COVID Secure Certificate. This means we have followed all Government guidelines to give you reassurance that our parks are safe and ready to welcome you. Our teams have received COVID training which is based on Government guidance and our cleaning teams are using recommended products that are known to kill the virus. On arrival you will find that we have left all of your windows open on their latch to allow for fresh air to circulate around your holiday accommodation.
When you check-out we also ask that you also leave the windows open on their latch to allow for fresh air to circulate around the holiday home. By opening all windows as you check-out, and attaching the silicone band to your keyring, this confirms that it is safe for our team to enter the holiday home.
You will find everything promised as part of your booking is available when you enter your holiday accommodation such as linen. We are sorry but we cannot provide you with any consumables to avoid any risk of cross contamination.
We are sure you will find everything to your satisfaction in your holiday home. However, if you do have any issues, we would ask that you do not visit our reception to report this. Instead, we would ask that you simply call the team using the number in your Welcome Pack and they will be more than happy to help you.
Facilities on park…
Your holiday booking guarantees you a great holiday in a caravan of the specification you have booked. As we welcome our holidaymakers on park, the Government guidelines mean that we may be unable to operate all of our facilities in the usual way, however increasingly these are all re-opening and the precise details of what is open on our parks can be found on our FAQ page. We do hope that during your holiday you will be able to enjoy as many of our facilities as possible. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons we do not promise they will be open. We will open them only if both the law and our own health and safety risk assessments tell us we can open them safely. We may need to close them at short notice. For more information please see here.
We have introduced some additional park safety rules that are required to enable you and our team to remain safe. We would ask that you please read these park rules carefully and we thank you in advance for ensuring that these additional safety measures are followed at all times.
Your Holiday Team will be available to assist you in any queries you may have, however, to ensure the safety of you and our team members we have made some changes to our reception areas. Our reception on park will be limited in terms of the numbers of people that can access the building at any one time and this will be clearly signposted. At the same time though you will always have the option to contact our holiday team via email and/or telephone in the first instance. Whichever way you choose to get in touch, we will ensure that you continue to receive the same great service in a way that is safe for us all.

I don’t feel well, what should I do?
We ask that if you or a member of your party start to feel unwell with COVID-19 symptoms you don’t travel to the park. Please contact our team using the number we have given you and let them know you are unable to travel.
What happens when I arrive at the park?
We have reviewed our check-in process and made some changes to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed. We will send you an email before your arrival date with a check-in time. We ask that you adhere to this time and arrive at the park during your allocated time slot. Once you have parked your car, please make your way to our reception area. Signage will point you in the right direction. Please sanitise your hands using the dispenser available when entering the park reception area. You will find further signage to help guide you and our team will be ready to welcome you and check you in.
What is the latest time I can check-in?
We will provide you with a check-in time slot and ask that you adhere to this as it makes sure we limit the number of guests arriving at the same time. We cannot accept check ins after 11pm so if you need a later check before 11pm please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Will my holiday accommodation be safe?
You can be rest assured that we already operate to the highest cleaning standards and all of our cleaning team members have received COVID-19 training and use recommended cleaning products that are known to kill the virus. We will also ensure all the windows are left open and on their latch to allow for fresh air to circulate around your accommodation.
How can I find my accommodation when I get to the park?
We will provide you with a park map prior to your arrival and our team will give you directions to your holiday home at check in.
Where are the best places to visit whilst we are on our holiday?
We have lots of suggestions all of which can be found in our local attractions guide that comes as part of your Welcome Pack. The opening times of some venues may currently be different to those shown in your guide so we recommend you check these by visiting the venues website. Our team are available should you need any help so please contact them on the number given in your welcome pack.
Something is not working, what should I do?
We always check your holiday accommodation before your arrival, however if you do find any issues with something not working please contact a member of the team on the number given in your Welcome Pack. We will try to resolve the issue without having to visit your accommodation, however if a visit is necessary we will confirm a time and ask that all guests have left the accommodation before a member of the team enters to carry out any checks.
Can I borrow a hoover?
During the Coronavirus pandemic we have stopped the use of shared items (those which don’t come as part of your holiday accommodation) to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
What time is check-out?
We will provide you with a check out time and ask that you adhere to this. When leaving your accommodation we ask that you leave all windows open on their latch to allow for fresh air and ventilation.
